Depends on what you mean by Interbase. It's IBDI's official CVS tree for
now, b,ut Inprise can set up it's own CVS tree. It's up to you what IB
should be future InterBase release 7, 8, 9...

Yes. I don't know exactly what is the state of this, but Firebird CVS tree
is MERS CVS tree moved over here.
