I also have had problems lack of resources with apps developed using
win2000/XP and IBO4 when I try run it in win98.
The only workaround to make it work in win98 was using packages, but I'm
sure, because the application size and amount of forms(all created on the
fly in runtime), there was no need to use packages.

However, I have apps developed with win98 and IBO 3.6 bigger then apps
developed with win 2000 and IBO4 that are working very well in win98 and
win200/XP.
