As a reality check, look in the Start Menu\Programs\Startup folders of all
the user groupings present in Documents and Settings, i.e. Administrator,
All Users and Default User, and remove any shortcuts to FbGuardian or
FbServer. These seem to get created by some of the unofficial cpl applets
when you select Run as Application.
