Hi Helen,

Checked all the startup folders and there is no FB Guardian or
Server in any of them.
Ran a search (including the hidden directories) on the C drive and
the only occurence (other than the 'home' directory - FB/Bin) is the
FB Server in the C:\Windows\Prefetch folder.
Other than this, just the info provided previously on the Registry.

OK, could uninstall, clean the registry and then install again but I
would like to get to the bottom of this as it appears to be a bug
somewhere before I adopt the 'drastic route'. Hopefully the info
will be of use to others if we can fathom what's going on.
