I found an earlier thread about this but no answers.
I was at a potential client site where they were using Windows XP
Home. I could get Firebird to run on a given workstation. I could
get our application working as well and everything was fine.
But when I tried to connect to the Server Workstation from a client
machine, I would get a error which said something like:
"Server Machine Actively Refused Connection"
Has anyone been able to sign on to Firebird on a remote PC running
Windows XP Home? If so, how?
