Where did the BDE Datapump go?

I have used it in the past to pump the dBase stuff into a
'RAW' Interbase database, and then processed it into the
correct layout using IBO's Datapump. Only I can't remember
which versions of BDE it came with.

If this step is only to happen when moving over, then it may
save time, rather than trying to cobble something that is
not going to be used again.
