We would need more information - or a demonstration project - for this
problem. I dont see this happening here.

I presume this is on Win95/Win98 ?? If you are using many component
libraries you may be forced to setup to use runtime packages for at
least some of those libraries - or cut down the number that you are
using.

If this does not explain the problem then again we will need more
information - such as versions of everything being used and the
callstack that occurs when you get this error. (Check the callstack
to see if you are getting some sort of unwanted recursion.)
