If this is a Delphi compile error then I dont imagine that this could
possibly be related to the IB client. It looks more like there is
some sort of problem with the quotes. I suggest you comment sections
in stages until you isolate the offending line(s) of code.

I cannot imagine why it would compile on one computer and not
another - perhaps you have $I include files that are not in sync?
