Curiouser and curiouser..
I dropped another grid and another TIB_Query to my form and just entered
the SELECT value for query and it still doesn't work.

It seems unlikely that the problem would be coming from elsewhere in
your application. If you can post the query definition from the DFM
perhaps I can try to setup something with the same properties.
