It was not my intention to offend anyone of the support team in any
way. My opinion is that you are doing a very good job anyway.
I was simply not sure if my description was comprehencible (It is
sometimes not so easy in a foreign language)

This makes many things clearer. I did not find this article on my
research and made the assumption that the docs are correct.
