Hi Group;

I am at the point in my project where I have to
provide browse capability to a particular table for
the users. I thought I could use a stored procedure
with a TIB_Grid but I found in the help file that I
should be using TIB_Query. My question is can I do
what I intended to do with the TIB_StoredProc in a
TIB_Query. The Interbase stored procedure is as
follows.

CREATE PROCEDURE "GET_REJECTED"
(DATE_PROCESSED DATE)
RETURNS
(TRANSMITTER_EIN CHAR(9),
CO_FID CHAR(9),
FAILED_EDIT_NO INTEGER,
DESCRIPTION VARCHAR(128))
AS
BEGIN EXIT; END ^

ALTER PROCEDURE "GET_REJECTED"
(DATE_PROCESSED DATE)
RETURNS
(TRANSMITTER_EIN CHAR(9),
CO_FID CHAR(9),
FAILED_EDIT_NO INTEGER,
DESCRIPTION VARCHAR(128))
AS
BEGIN
FOR
SELECT TRANSMITTER_EIN, CO_FID, FAILED_EDIT_NO
FROM ERROR_TBL
WHERE ((DATE_PROCESSED = :DATE_PROCESSED) AND
(DATE_LETTER_SENT = '01/01/1900'))
INTO :TRANSMITTER_EIN, :CO_FID, :FAILED_EDIT_NO
AS CURSOR ADATA
DO
BEGIN
SELECT DESCRIPTION FROM EDIT_DESC WHERE
EDIT_NO = :FAILED_EDIT_NO INTO :DESCRIPTION;
SUSPEND;
END
END ^

Any help in how to start translating a stored proc to
a query would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
