the users get this error( I know it's a lock error)

ISC ERROR MESSAGE
LOCK CONFLICT ON NO WAIT TRANSACTION
DEAD LOCK

How / where can I trap this error and make it more understandable to the
user? which event will trap this error even a show message would be better.
