As I am about to deliver a nice little software running over
interbase, I am now in the situation where I have to limit the number
of concurrent users logged into some tables (but not all the tables).

is there a nice way to do it ? like using the old licencing
mechanisms to my advantage (if there still "alive") or any other thing
that might have slipped by when I RTFM ?

any suggestions welcome!
