IBO4 is the next major version of IBO. It has been developed in parallel
(for over 6 months) to the IBO3.6 version because significant changes have
been introduced necessitating a whole separate BETA process.

It hosts new features and better performance and stability than previous
versions of IBO. If you get on the BETA there are some release notes that
tell all the details. Well, most of the details. I have thrown in a lot of
stuff I have now long forgotten about now...

IBO 3.6 is in maintenance mode and all new development is going into IBO4. I
plan to release production in the next day or so. Unfortunately (or
fortunately depending on how you look at things) I am going out of the
country for a few days and I may not get everything ready prior to my
departure. The code is ready though...

Pricing structures are all going to be revised... Buy 3.6 now to transfer to
IBO4 because prices are most likely going up once IBO4 is released.
