Is TIBOTable.IndexName supported or not in IBO 4.2F?

I'm converting a very complex application from BDE dBase7 to Interbase (IBO)
and IndexName is used everywhere in my code, and it would be very difficult
to use IndexFieldNames. Any idea???, IBX does support this.
