And hopefully you have seen on the way through, some of the
places where the extra features of IBO can be plugged in.

In the Query Editor select the SQL-Ordering Tab, and hit
<Create>. You end up with all the ordering set up for the
Grid, and the up and down sort on clicking the column
headers.

And editing the FieldProperties allows you to change the
header text amongst other things.
