I am the OP, I don't seem to be getting any feedback from the ibpp mailing list and today I am not too concerned about the server being cross platform (the clients need to run on Mac's). So I am seriously considering using IBProvider. Anyone ever used both IBProvider and ibpp as to compare and contrast the two? I know COM programming VERY well, so I see that aspect of IBPovider as a plus, not a minus. My main focus is getting the work done quickly;)
