Thanks Vlad for your suggestion. Today I switched write cache on on the server hard disk and the now in the server, the application starts in 7 seconds. So, it seems the problem was there.
But in the client PCs (I tried in 3), before today the application started in 1 minute and now it starts in 33 seconds. It is better but is not good. In any other of the networks where the application is installed, in client PCs it starts in 7, 8 or no more than 12 or 14 seconds. So it seems there is still another thing that does not affect the server but affect clients.
What could be the problem now?
Regards
Gustavo

Yes, via device manager.

Just try it ;)
But first ensure you have issues because of write cache off.
Then try to switch it on or, better, place database on separate HDD.
