I was curious to know why RunServices wasn't doing what you might think
it would do, so I did some Googling. Apparently it's important that
the application doesn't have a GUI, which may well mean no window of any
kind. Firebird doesn't have a GUI, of course, but I don't know if it
uses hidden windows. My guess would be that it doesn't.
