Sorry, my fault here.

I changed from

> DatabaseAccess = None

to

> DatabaseAccess = /folder

while it should have been

> DatabaseAccess = Restrict /folder

I think comments should be more clear here. And firebird should not
start but complain about that mistake. Here it just started fine...
(But not working as expected.)
