Hi
I cannot get nbackup running.
I am using firebird 2.0.3 on debian etch with kernel 2.6.12.6.
I CAN run gbak:
# gbak -b -user sysdba -pass ...... 127.0.0.1:alias.fdb db.bkf
I CANNOT run nbackup:
# nbackup -U sysdba -P ...... -B 0 127.0.0.1:alias.fdb db.nbk
Failure: Error (2) opening database file: 127.0.0.1:alias.fdb
OR
# nbackup -U sysdba -P ...... -B 0 alias.fdb db.nbk
[
PROBLEM ON "attach database".
Access to database "/correct/absolute/path/database.fdb" is denied by
server administrator
SQLCODE:-902
]
Failure: Database error
Why? What can I check?
My database reaches 800 MB and I really would like to get inkremental
backups...
Regards,
Steffen
