Win98 does not support services. However, you can run Fb Classic on Win98
as an application - make a shortcut pointing to fb_server_inet.exe -a and
DO NOT USE THE GUARDIAN. If you have remote clients that need to connect,
they MUST use TCP/IP. Win98 does not have the capability to be a Named
Pipes host.
