Hi!

Is FB1.5 classic supposed to run on Win98? When I try to start it, I
get error message:

Error starting program
The INSTSVC.exe file is
linked to missing export ADVAPI32.DLL:LsaClose.

In the readme it says that

Firebird provides a standard routine to manage the Firebird Service on
WinNT/2000/XP platforms - instsvc.exe.

but I don't see any clear statement that Win9x is not supported at
all... so should I forget Win9x or is there a way to use FB on Win98?
