I need to extract metadata in client machines

"isql -x mbsbirdy.fdb -u sysdba -p masterkey -o meta.sql"

How can I run the ISQL.exe (which comes with FB1.5) in client machines which has run with embedded version?

ISQL say -904 UnavailableDatabase

Embedded version has no security object so declaring user/pass is not necessary I think.
Did I missed something?
