Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe that
this is possible. Not only is the security mechanism that you mentioned
missing, but the entire infrastructure to which ISQL is expecting to be
able to connect is missing as well.

The whole point behind embedded FB is that it all occurs on the same
machine, without a background db process running.

So, if you need to be able to do this, I think you'll have to actually
do a FB installation on each client machine.
