Hi,

I seem to be having some problems accessing
my Firebird user database from a remote client
using:

IBConsole
IBOConsole
IBAccess

the Error I receive is as follows:
Unrecognized database parameter block
unable to open database

I believe what is actually happening is that the
remote client cannot find the user Database.

on the server the user database is in
/opt/interbase/isc4.gdb
(this was the default location).

I've been searching the Interbase documentation & The Web
but haven't found anything instructive as yet.
