I'm new to InterBase and have encountered a problem. The first time
I open IBConsole, log on to the Local Server, connect to a database
and click on Domains (or Tables or Views ...) I am left waiting for
a couple of minutes. Subsequent visits don't keep me waiting at
all. The problem occurs again each time I restart the computer.
Is this an issue with Windows XP (I haven't had the problem at home
on Windows 98)?
