I notice that in release 1.0 of Firebird, I notice it doesn't have all the
utilities, tools (like IB Console) and documentation that the version I've
been using has. Plus it doesn't work on Windows 98 so that's a pain too.

Where can I get these utilities?

I've been using Firebird first main release (0.9.4), which is a 14MB file
and has all these extras, unlike version 1 which is only 2.6MB.
