IBConsole can be downloaded from codecentral.borland.com -- but it
will no longer work with Firebird. Firebird has had some changed that
make IBConsole fail...

I guess you should start looking for another admin tool. There are
plenty available - open source and commercial ones...

Have a look at www.ibphoenix.com and go to "contributed downloads".

Or go to www.upscene.com and download "Firebird Workbench" :)
