The only calls I have ever had back from Microsoft have been
from their MSDN subscription department starting two months
before the subscription is due, asking why I havn't renewed
yet! Now they are chasing for MSDN upgrade to their new
'Professional' level ( with development tools I have never
used ) and I will have to pay full wack for the 'OS' level (
the old 'Proffesional' level <g>) even though I am just
renewing a subscription.

Is this just a problem in the United Kingdom?
