Said my information was probably flawed ;)

I've never had problems playing with .phpt stuff on Linux but never got them
to work on windows. References to MSVC in the instructions was simply a brick
wall I did not look into further :(

I think mimmo is asking the same thing - how DO we set up to play with these
in windows?
