Exactly. AFAIK there is (or would be) a php script to run from a
terminal session, but I'm not able to find source in CVS.

clarify what is the MS CRT nightmare: at the end there is a note about
fbclient.dll. Maybe that we try to leave out of the door a problems that
will come back in from the window.
