I follow the instructions on readme file.
It does not talk about entries on this files but just to copy
xinetd.d/interserver to /etc/xinetd
I did this.
But when I type the command

kill -s SIGUSR2 `pidof xinetd`

It show me the help to the kill command. On the other machine it give
not a error message.
