You are right about that. The main problem is that Borland didn't give
away docs under the same license as the code, so we can't just take 6.x
manuals and update them - everything needs to be written from scratch,
and it's a lot of work. There is a Firebird documentation project set up
for that, but it consists of volunteers and is going at slow pace.
