I've followed through Mark O'Donohue's guide for compilation under Linux but
find I am falling over a line in build_kit that is:

rasu ./unset_prot builder

rasu can't be found on the path.

No amount of research seems to reveal what rasu is. Anybody able to point me in
the right direction? (I'm using SuSE Linux 6.3 with the bash shell, btw.)
