Thanks Jason for this comment.Searching for TIB_ClientLib, your release notes say it is in IBO version 5.7.3 build 2238. I will need to install a later IBO than the one I have.
For earlier versions of IBO, say early 5.2.x versions, where does IBO design time look for its client lib?
