I was at IBO community shop checking my renew and I found 3 products:

Major Support Instance

Minor Support Instance

Annual Priority Support

Could you explain how it works?

For example: 

We found a difference between IBO 4.x and 5.x behavior. It is preventing us to migrate to IBO 5.x because the entire GUI was written expecting IBO 4.x behavior.

In our opinion it's a bug and not a changing.

Is there any way to sponsor this fix?
