I make some workaround for this.

But after year I find next new situation where grow this problem again.

I repeat:

Is defined column TEXT BLOB SUB_TYPE 1 SEGMENT SIZE 80 CHARACTER SET
 UTF8.
1/ If I insert some data  by IB_Memo, for example 'aaa',  .. into  dtb row come 'aaa'.

[hex('') = '0F01 BB00 7C01']

2/ If I insert data by application IB_SQL.exe become also   'aaa'.

BUT

3/ If I use for insert data isql.exe or IBExpert applications, than  become 'aaa'.

I have two questions:

1/   ''  TO BE OR NOT TO BE on beginning?

2/ If  '' is wrong, which source files I can repair ?
