For whatever reason the autoinstaller choked on one of the packages on my system, so I've had to manually install the minimal components that I need: a necessary and profitable learning experience.

Now, I would like to have access to the help from my DXE2 ide, and the readme.txt that comes with the help refers to using OpenHelp for which I can find no references in DXE2's help, so perhaps its obsolete for this version?

I've unpacked the various help files into a temporary folder structure as follows:
