Subject Can't Download - Account expired

I want to download the new version, but my account is expired. I have bought the last update on 18-Aug-2009 with invoice WEB107635.

Since about two weeks this invoice is vanished in my account on your web shop.

I have wrote you already by private e-mail on 21th of October but received no answer (I suggest my E-Mail was catch by your Spam filter).

Please activate my account as soon as possible.
