Just a quick word to let everyone know I just put out a new release.

This release contained minimal new development and focused primarily on bug
fixes.

I highly recommend everyone who upgraded to IBO 4.8 Build 4 to replace it
with this release. There was a bug in the last build that causes an error
message to appear needlessly.

I'll send a more formal announcement to all registered customers later this
evening.

I put new files on all the normal download areas.

One thing to take notice of... I made extensive improvements to the Windows
Installer.
