We get the following error when trying to install IBO4.7 build 16
(customer version) from the provided installer (Its a new installation
of Turbo Delphi and IBO or Delphi was never installed before on this
machine):

There appears to be a conflict with another installation of IBO.

Trying to build this using IBO40_D2006.bdsgroup within Turbo Delphi
gives the error:

[Pascal Fatal Error] IB_SyncCursor.pas(64): F1026 File not found:
'IB_Events.dcu'

(There is a IB_Events.INT, but no IB_Events.pas after an
installation. There is also no IB_Export.pas although referenced in
IBO40TRT_D2006.dpk)

Can someone assist.
