just upgraded to 4.6A, and all is well functionality-wise. The
TIB_RadioGroup has a small problem, though: it forces it's background to the
form's color, which is wrong if it is on a TPageControl, with XP manifest.
The PageControl's pages have this slight gradient colour which actually
looks pretty good (I know, it's a waste of clock cycles drawing that
gradient all the time - but I've got a few to spare ;-), but the
TIB_RadioGroup is pretty much unusable on it.

Maybe there's an easy fix, but I... well, haven't really even looked for
more than two minutes. No biggie, that is to say.
