Then I beg your pardon. I don't have such a version amongst my collection
here. The one I have currently installed in Delphi 7 is the following
(dated 17 March 2005):

IB_VERSION_SUB_RELEASE = '';

You said you had the "full" kit. Could you please contact me privately,
confirming the exact name of the file (kit) you downloaded, and provide the
file date of IB_Constants. I am fairly sure that you have, somehow, gotten
hold of a broken installation.
