This lib doesn't exist in BCB 6, what I did, I downloaded vcljpg60.bpl
from the net (into \Projects\Bpl) and added this file as required to
compile
IBO10EDT_C6 project

From the second try project was successfully installed - first time got
some errors, don't remember, but managed to install :)
