Hi Bob,

I am sorry to hear this. I originally posted this problem late Nov 2004, and
have not received a single reply. On the other hand, I am "Happy" now that I
know that I am not the only person having this difficulties, which may imply
that a bug may exist.

Lets hope that Jason gets to read you post or this post or both.
