There seems to be an advantage in IBO 4.3Aa and FB 1.5.0 at startup
time vs older IBOs with FB 1.0.3. I'm not sure why. I have a startup
sequence (roughly) visually presented in % done. One of my users just
switched over and reported:

"WOW!

Startup is ultra fast! None of the pausing at 9% or 20% - just
straight into it.

Excellent!!! Good stuff, I'm thrilled!"

The pausing was a TIB_Connect.Connect:=true;
