Hi,
Sorry if this is not the correct place for this... but I could not
find an alternative...
On the main site I added my profile info...
And then I proceeded to purchase IBObjects and went through the on-
line purchase and filled everything out but at the end, I was
presented with a failed/denied message (and yes, I know my card and
info was good and correct<g>)
I re-checked my info and submited again and was presented with
another message saying duplicate ignored.
How can I determine if my purchase actually went through and if it
did not, are the on-line transactions working or is there an
alternative method to purchase?
