I have installed IBO successfully in the past but now when I try to
compile I get the error 'File not found ib_constants.pas'

I have:
Extracted IBO4.zip and IBO4_D7_DCU.zip to c:\ibo
Added c:\ibo to my browsing and library paths

ib_constants.dcu is in the c:\ibo directory.

I am using D7.

Does anyone have any ideas?
