thx for that info.
Do realise from lurking on this list that there are lot of benefits to the IB_ queries.
I have a mindblock about the look and feel and usability of the edit controls.
I use woll2woll and they user interface that I can give is terrific.
Probably have to work towards dissolving that mindblock <g>

I use IBOQueries against IB_Connections all the time for reporting - I
imagine that other processig with this connection style is no problem.
I use the IB_ set of queries and controls for all other work. The IB_
controlset is much better than the older TDataset controlset anyway.
